Stillroot & Co. was born from my own messy, meaningful journey as a business owner.

In September 2022, I opened a boutique out of my home with a big heart and a simple dream: connecting with other moms through clothing that made them feel good. I showed up every single day, wearing all the hats and learning as I went. But by the end of 2023, the truth was loud-no matter how hard I tried, I was in the red month after month. I became great at the behind-the-scenes work: the organizing, the systems, the structure, but the business itself kept sinking. And so was I.

By May 2024, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life: I closed my boutique. It felt like failure and relief all at once. Like something ending and something beginning.

What came next changed everything.

I spent a year supporting a small business community, helping women behind the scenes. And for the first time, I realized something:
the tasks that drained other people were the ones that energized me.
The systems.
The details.
The operations.
The calm.

My Working Genius and Human Design confirmed it: I was built for this kind of work.

After time to rest, heal, and remember who I was, something clicked into place. In May 2025, with a clearer heart and a grounded purpose, I launched Stillroot & Co.

​

Today, my clients describe our work together as a deep exhale, someone finally seeing them, supporting them, and steadying the chaos. And that’s exactly why I do this. I’ve lived the overwhelm. I’ve felt the weight of doing it alone. And now I get to be the rooted, reliable support I once needed myself.

And it exists to bring calm, order, and strength to the women behind small businesses who deserve to breathe again.
